Monkey Power Toast
Sourdough, a thick swipe of Monkey Mayhem, sliced banana, a pinch of pink salt, drizzle of honey. Pre-workout rocket fuel.
Ingredients
- 1 thick slice sourdough (or your bread of choice)
- 2 tbsp Monkey Mayhem peanut butter
- ½ banana, sliced
- Pinch of Himalayan pink salt
- Drizzle of raw honey
- Optional: cacao nibs or hemp hearts
Instructions
- Toast the sourdough to your liking.
- Spread the Monkey Mayhem thick while the toast is warm so it melts slightly.
- Layer on the banana slices.
- Finish with a pinch of pink salt and a drizzle of honey (and nibs/hemp if using).
- Eat 30–45 min before training for clean, fast fuel.

Chipotle Power Wings
Whisk Rippin’ Raspberry Chipotle with a splash of hot water + lime; toss over grilled chicken or cauliflower. Smoky, sticky, savage.
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Rippin’ Raspberry Chipotle peanut butter
- 2 tbsp hot water (to loosen)
- Juice of ½ lime
- 1 tsp soy sauce or tamari
- 1 lb chicken wings or cauliflower florets
- Salt + pepper to taste
Instructions
- Grill or bake wings/cauliflower at 425°F until crisp (~18–20 min).
- Whisk the Raspberry Chipotle with hot water, lime juice and tamari into a glaze.
- Toss the hot wings/cauliflower in the glaze until fully coated.
- Return to the heat 2–3 min to caramelize. Finish with extra lime.

Apple Pie Oats
Overnight oats, a spoon of Super Cinnamon’y Apple, Greek yogurt, chopped apple. Tastes like dessert, works like recovery.
Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ½ cup milk of choice
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp Super Cinnamon’y Apple peanut butter
- ½ apple, diced
- Cinnamon + pinch of salt
Instructions
- Combine oats, milk, yogurt and a spoon of the Apple peanut butter in a jar.
- Stir in half the diced apple, a shake of cinnamon and a pinch of salt.
- Seal and refrigerate overnight (at least 6 hours).
- In the morning, top with the rest of the apple and an extra swirl of peanut butter.

Dark Chocolate Fat Bombs
Mix Ultimate Dark Chocolate with melted coconut oil, freeze in molds. Grab-and-go energy that blocks out the sun.
Ingredients
- ½ cup Ultimate Dark Chocolate peanut butter
- ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
- Optional: 1 tsp honey, pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Gently melt the coconut oil and stir into the Ultimate Dark Chocolate until smooth.
- Sweeten with honey and add a pinch of salt if desired.
- Spoon into silicone molds or a lined mini-muffin tin.
- Freeze 30 min until solid. Store in the freezer; grab one for instant energy.

Predator Protein Shake
1 scoop chocolate protein, 1 tbsp Ultimate Dark Chocolate, frozen banana, almond milk, ice. Blend. Tastes like a milkshake, hits like a pre-workout.
Ingredients
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp Ultimate Dark Chocolate peanut butter
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ cup ice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and frosty (~30–45 sec).
- Pour and drink immediately, ideally post-workout.

Apex Energy Bites
Mix rolled oats, Super Cinnamon’y Apple, honey, chia seeds & a handful of dark chocolate chips. Roll into balls, chill 30 min. Grab-and-go fuel.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ½ cup Super Cinnamon’y Apple peanut butter
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl until a sticky dough forms.
- If too wet, add more oats; if too dry, add a splash of milk or honey.
- Roll into 1-inch balls.
- Chill 30 min to set. Keep refrigerated up to a week.
